Why people come to us

Why lash clients keep moving studios.

Every one of those is a continuity problem, and continuity is the thing this studio has. Reviews here are written by customers counting five and eight years with Kim, which is not something a studio can fake and not something a first-time review can tell you.

Lash lift

“Kim is an excellent beautician! Extremely friendly and and kind, very accommodating 💖🤲🏽 my eyelashes are naturally long and she did a natural L curl for me to enhance the look of my lashes. Thank you Kim!”

Since 2020

“I’ve been going to 93 Lash Lounge since 2020, and Kim — the experienced beautician and owner — consistently delivers amazing results. I always go to her for my lash lift, and she does an excellent job every single time.”

Eight years

“I’ve been trusting Kim with my lashes for over 8 years, and honestly, she’s simply the best in the business.”

What a visit looks like

Before you sit down.

01

Say what your lashes are already like

Naturally long, sparse, straight, monolid: it changes which curl goes on. A customer with long lashes got an L curl specifically to enhance rather than overload them.

02

Book the person

Kim and Ivy both take appointments. If you have been before, ask for whoever did it last time.

03

A lift, not a set, if that is what suits

Lifts use your own lashes, so there is nothing to fill in three weeks later. It is the service this studio's reviews come back to.

04

Come any day

Open all seven, eleven till nine, which is unusual for a studio this size.

What we do

Lifts, sets, and the curl in between.

What suits you depends on the lashes you have now, so it is decided with you rather than picked off a menu.

Pricing: Quoted when you message. Say whether you want a lift or a set and what your lashes are like now.

Lash lift

Your own lashes curled and set rather than extended. The service this studio is named for in its reviews more than any other.

A curl chosen for your eye

A customer with naturally long lashes was given an L curl to open them up rather than a standard curl applied to everyone.

Lash extensions

Full sets, done by Kim or by Ivy. Regulars book the same therapist each time.

Customised to what you ask for

A customer of eight years put it as Kim listening to what she wants and building the set around it.

Seven days a week

Eleven in the morning to nine at night, every day, at Tai Seng Point.

Long-standing regulars

Most of these reviews are written by people counting years with the same beautician, not describing a first visit.

Our work

Out of this room.

Both eyes after a lash lift
A lift on both eyes, matched to each other.
A single eye after a natural lash lift
Their own lashes, curled and left natural.
A client mid-treatment with under-eye pads in place
Mid-appointment, pads down, eyes closed.

Who you book

Two names, and people stay with both.

Ask for the one who did your lashes last time. That is how nearly everyone here books.

Owner and beautician

Kim

The name in almost every review here. Customers date their relationship with her in years rather than visits: one since 2020, another for over eight.

Lash therapist

Ivy

Named by a regular as her lash therapist for extensions, working alongside Kim in the same room.

Questions

Before you book.

What is the difference between a lift and extensions?

A lift curls and sets the lashes you already have, so there is nothing to infill. Extensions add to them. Both are done here.

My lashes are already long.

Say so when you book. A customer in exactly that position was given an L curl to open her eye up rather than add length she did not need.

Can I ask for a particular person?

Yes. Kim and Ivy both take appointments, and regulars here book the same one every time.

How long has the studio been going?

Long enough that reviews are written by customers counting five and eight years with the same beautician.

What does it cost?

It depends on whether you want a lift or a set, and on your own lashes. Message on WhatsApp and you will get a figure.

When are you open?

Every day, eleven in the morning until nine at night, at Tai Seng Point.

Tell her what your lashes do now.

Long, short, straight, sparse, or wrecked by a set somewhere else. That is what decides whether you want a lift or extensions, and it is the first thing worth saying.
